About Us

Andrea Chwalko and Teneille Pasque met while working together at a large global retailer. Andrea focused on compliance, whilst Teneille focused on remuneration and data. Their individual talents complemented each other, but one thing was always consistent - a passion for delivering good outcomes, and doing the right thing. Technology was changing HR, and HR was changing technology. This made them eager to cultivate their own consultancy, one that would effectively help them deliver their expertise in their respective interests to a wider audience.

Seeing the need to close the gap between HR Strategy and executable outcomes, they created 3&Co to assist businesses with only what they need, only when they need it. To have those additional HR resources on hand, without the overheads of having them on your team, all the time, is where they see the difference in what they do. They build relationships, they understand the business, and they are honest about what you need.

TENEILLE PASQUE

From working at several large private family businesses, to opening her own consultancy in 2019, Teneille has been hands on with HR in large and small businesses for over 20 years. She prides herself on being honest, realistic and is truly dedicated to the ‘old school’ elements of HR - transactional, compliance based and base line necessity but with a touch of strategy through design and development of Remuneration programs. With a strong determination and desire to deliver the right outcomes Teneille will provide you with the support you need, when you need it.

ANDREA CHWALKO

Andrea focuses on the various facets of HR that revolve around process, procedure and value add, whether that’s a change project, a restructure or simply improving business process. Prior to co-founding 3&Co, Andrea managed the execution of HR strategies and plans into day to day operations. Focusing on what that means for the employee and achieving the right outcomes is where she excels. Andrea is a positive thinker, who will take on any challenge with a desire to really make a difference in the HR space.
